It is important not to take Olaparib if you have an allergy to the active ingredient or any other components of the medication. If you experience symptoms such as breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing, contact your doctor immediately. Your healthcare provider will perform blood tests prior to and monthly during treatment, as this medication may lower the levels of RBC, WBC, and platelets. Inform your healthcare provider before starting treatment if you have been diagnosed with any lung, liver, heart, or kidney issues.

This medication is not recommended during pregnancy due to potential harm to the fetus and risk of miscarriage.
