Exhep 40mg Injection is an anticoagulant drug classified as a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), with Enoxaparin as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of severe blood clots and also for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing abdominal, hip replacement, or knee replacement surgery, and in individuals with severe movement restrictions. Additionally, this injection helps to prevent further heart complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.

Exhep 40mg Injection is not recommended for patients experiencing active bleeding, those with hypersensitivity or allergies to the active compound, or individuals with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Before taking Exhep 40mg Injection, it is crucial to inform your physician if you are allergic to Enoxaparin, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork products.

Your healthcare provider will regularly monitor you for signs of bleeding. It is important to inform your healthcare practitioner if you have kidney problems. This medication is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years.

Exhep 40mg Injection is also not recommended if you are undergoing procedures such as neuraxial anesthesia or spinal puncture. Close monitoring is advised for older adults and patients with low body weight due to an increased risk of bleeding.

Inform your physician if you suspect pregnancy, are breastfeeding, or are planning to have a baby. Exhep 40mg Injection may increase the chance of bleeding in pregnant women with artificial heart valves, necessitating close monitoring.

Before starting Exhep 40mg Injection, it is recommended not to take any hemostatic drugs unless absolutely necessary. Furthermore, it is essential to inform your physician about all the drugs you are taking, including herbal and vitamin supplements
