For psoriatic arthritis, Scapho 150mg Injection can be given alone or with Methotrexate to improve joint bone and cartilage health and enhance physical activity. In axial spondyloarthritis, it reduces signs and symptoms and improves physical function.
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you develop any symptoms of infection while on this treatment. Scapho 150mg Injection is not recommended if you are allergic to latex, the injection itself, or any of its ingredients, or if you have a history of tuberculosis. Inform your healthcare provider if you have been diagnosed with heart problems, nervous system disorders, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn’s disease. During treatment, your physician may monitor your vitals to prevent serious complications. You should also inform your healthcare provider if you are about to undergo any dental or surgical procedures. Seek immediate medical attention if you notice dark urine, yellowing of the skin, red scaly patches on the skin, unusual bruising, breathing trouble, hives, or chest pain.
If you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, planning to have a baby, or breastfeeding, ask your healthcare provider for advice, as Scapho 150mg Injection is likely unsafe during pregnancy. Tell your doctor before you breastfeed, as your doctor will decide whether you should receive this injection or breastfeed depending on your condition. Discuss effective contraceptive methods with your healthcare provider and consider using them for at least 20 weeks after the last dose of this drug.
