LYNIDE 10MG CAPSULES

Lynide 10mg Capsule is classified as an Immunomodulatory agent. Its active component is Lenalidomide. This medication is prescribed for adults diagnosed with multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and follicular lymphoma. Multiple myeloma is characterized by the malignant growth of plasma cells in the bone marrow, where these cells proliferate uncontrollably. Although this cancer is not curable, its symptoms can be managed. Myelodysplastic Syndrome encompasses a range of blood and bone marrow disorders that lead to the production of abnormal blood cells that do not function correctly. Mantle cell lymphoma is a rarer form of cancer that impacts the lymph nodes, while follicular lymphoma is a slowly progressing cancer that affects B cells.

Common side effects associated with Lynide 10mg Capsule include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, muscle cramps, fatigue, fever, cough, headaches, back pain, breathlessness, rashes, and issues related to the thyroid and skin. If any of these side effects become bothersome or persist, please inform your doctor.

Notify your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions to Lynide 10mg Capsule or its components. Prior to starting this treatment, inform your physician if you have a history of blood clots, heart attacks, or if you smoke or have elevated blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Additionally, inform your physician if you have viral infections such as hepatitis B, varicella zoster, or HIV. Throughout your treatment with this medication, your healthcare provider will conduct regular blood tests, as it may lead to a decrease in blood cell counts. This medication is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age.
