PEG L-ASPATERO 3750IU

Peg L-Aspatero 3750IU Injection contains Peg-L-asparaginase. It is indicated for the treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (a type of cancer affecting white blood cells) in patients who are four months old and older. In cases of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, the lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell, proliferate in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This condition is also referred to as Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.

This medication should not be administered if you have significant pancreatic issues or if you are allergic to asparaginase or any components of this medication. If you are diabetic, consult your doctor, as this medication contains glucose. Common side effects associated with Peg L-Aspatero 3750IU Injection include muscle pain, nausea, infections, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea.

It is essential to use effective birth control while undergoing treatment with Peg L-Aspatero 3750IU Injection and for at least three months following the final dose. Women are advised to utilize contraceptive methods other than oral contraceptives.
