It is indicated for the treatment of pancreatic and prostate cancer. This medication may be administered alone or in conjunction with other anticancer therapies.

It is advised against taking Olaparib if you have an allergy to the active ingredient or any other components of the medication. If you experience symptoms such as breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing, contact your doctor immediately. Your healthcare provider will perform blood tests prior to and monthly throughout the treatment, as this medication may lower the levels of RBC, WBC, and platelets. Inform your healthcare provider before starting treatment if you have been diagnosed with any issues related to your lungs, liver, heart, or kidneys.

This medication is not recommended during pregnancy due to potential harm to the fetus and the risk of miscarriage. Therefore, women of reproductive age should take a pregnancy test before initiating this treatment. It is advisable to continue using birth control for at least six months after completing the treatment. While undergoing treatment, breastfeeding is not recommended as it is unclear whether OBParp 100mg Tablet can be transferred into breast milk. Men should refrain from donating sperm for at least three months following the completion of treatment. It is essential to inform your doctor about all medications you are currently taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements.
