Hepatocellular carcinoma, or liver cancer, often arises from existing liver issues such as cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection.

Patients with a history of allergic reactions to Lentris 4mg Capsule or any of its ingredients should avoid using this medication. It is important for patients to notify their dentist or oral surgeon about their use of Lentris 4mg Capsule, as it may hinder wound healing and elevate the risk of bleeding.

Lentris 4mg Capsule is indicated to treat the following conditions:

Certain types of advanced thyroid cancer
Advanced Liver cancer
Certain types of kidney cancer
Endometrial cancer

Lentris 4mg Capsule inhibits the enzyme receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). These RTKs are responsible for the formation of new blood vessels that deliver oxygen and nutrients to cells, promoting their growth. This medication blocks the receptors that support the development of blood vessels in tumor cells. RTKs are found in elevated levels in cancer cells, and the use of this medicine reduces the speed at which cancer cells grow and multiply.

Notify your healthcare provider regarding all the medications you are currently taking, which includes prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Some medications may interact with Lentris 4mg Capsule, potentially diminishing its effectiveness and leading to unwanted side effects.

Lentris 4mg Capsule is an oral medication typically taken once daily, around the same time each day, with or without food. It must be taken as directed by a physician or healthcare professional. These capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. They must not be crushed, chewed, or opened, as this may alter the absorption of the medication and reduce its effectiveness. You should not take a double dose to compensate for a missed dose.

Lentris 4mg Capsule should be stored at room temperature, between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
