Granicip-1 DT

Granicip 1-DT tablet belongs to the group of medicines known as 5-HT3 receptor antagonists or antiemetics. It contains the active ingredient Granisetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, or sickness caused by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or after surgery. Nausea is characterized by stomach pain and the urge to vomit. The forcible voluntary or involuntary emptying of the stomach’s contents through the mouth is known as vomiting.

The common side effects of Granicip 1-DT tablet are headaches, constipation, diarrhea, insomnia, and changes in liver function. These side effects do not appear in everyone and vary individually. Inform your physician if these side effects disturb or persist with you.

Report to your doctor if you have allergic reactions to Granicip 1-DT tablet and its ingredients. Inform your physician if you have any bowel movement problems or heart problems before starting treatment with a Granicip 1-DT tablet. Serotonin syndrome is a rare but serious complication that can arise when this medicine is taken with certain other medicines (such as duloxetine, fluvoxamine, etc.) Inform your doctor about your medications before starting treatment with a Granicip 1-DT tablet. It is suggested for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
