Mylimus 1mg Capsule contains Tacrolimus as its active ingredient. This immunosuppressant is classified as a calcineurin inhibitor. It is prescribed alongside other medications to prevent organ transplant rejection in individuals undergoing liver, kidney, heart, or other types of transplants. Additionally, it helps manage the body’s immune response, allowing it to accept the transplanted organ.
Do not use Mylimus 1mg Capsule if you have an allergy to tacrolimus or any of its other components. Inform your physician if you have a known allergy to any group of antibiotics. It is also important to notify your doctor if you have a history of liver or heart disease before starting treatment. If you experience fever, bruising under the skin (which may manifest as red spots), unexplained fatigue, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision impairment, or seizures after taking this medication, contact your physician immediately.
While taking Mylimus 1mg Capsule, limit your exposure to sunlight and UV rays by wearing suitable protective clothing and using a sunscreen with a high SPF. This precaution is necessary due to the potential risk of malignant skin changes associated with immunosuppressive therapy. This medication may lead to diarrhea; please inform your physician if diarrhea persists for more than a day. If you require any vaccinations, consult your doctor beforehand.
