This medication is a sterile solution derived from human plasma, formulated specifically to replenish lost blood components or body fluids. It is commonly used in medical situations where there has been a significant loss of blood volume, such as during major surgeries, severe bleeding episodes, kidney dialysis, or in patients with critical fluid imbalances. Its primary role is to restore and stabilize blood volume, which is crucial for maintaining normal physiological function.
