Notify your doctor if you experience hypersensitivity, myelosuppression (a decrease in blood cell count), or any hearing issues. Cistero 10mg Injection should not be administered if you have recently received a live vaccine, such as the yellow fever vaccine. Therefore, please inform your doctor if you are planning to get vaccinated.

Additionally, inform your doctor if you exhibit any signs of nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) or if you have undergone any radiotherapy to the head. This medication may lead to complications affecting your kidneys, liver, and blood. Consequently, your doctor may conduct regular blood tests to assess your blood, kidney, and liver functions.

Both men and women are advised to use effective contraception during the course of this treatment and to continue its use for six months after the final dose. Cistero 10mg Injection has the potential to cause permanent fertility reduction in men, so it is recommended to seek advice regarding fertility issues from your doctor.

Cistero 10mg Injection works by stopping the growth and division of cancer cells. It does this by binding to the DNA in the cancer cells and preventing them from replicating.

Notify your healthcare provider regarding all medications you are currently taking, which includes prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, nutritional and vitamin supplements, vaccines, and herbal products.

Some medications, such as antibiotics, Bleomycin, Methotrexate, paclitaxel, antihistamines, ifosfamide, and loop diuretics (water tablets), as well as aminoglycoside antibiotics, may interact with Cistero 10mg Injection, potentially diminishing its effectiveness and leading to unwanted side effects.

Cistero 10mg Injection is delivered through an intravenous infusion directly into the vein. If this injection is prescribed for you, a healthcare professional will administer it. Self-administration is not permitted. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage and frequency of administration according to your medical condition, as it varies from person to person.

Store at a temperature below 25˚C. Do not refrigerate.

Do not use Cistero 10 Injection if you are allergic to any of its components, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have severe kidney disease, hearing difficulties, myelosuppression (bone marrow does not make enough platelets or blood cells), are dehydrated, or if you have taken or plan to receive yellow fever vaccination. Inform the doctor if you have low blood count, peripheral neuropathy or have had radiation therapy to your head. Consult the doctor immediately if you become pregnant during treatment with Cistero 10 Injection. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction (itchy rash, swelling of the hands, feet, face, ankles, throat, lips or mouth, flushing, and feeling faint), heart attack (severe chest pain radiating to the arm or jaw with sweating, nausea, and breathlessness), stroke, brain dysfunction (slurred speech, sometimes blindness, confusion, memory loss and paralysis), kidney problems (unusual tiredness or weakness, decreased urination, or swelling of the face, arms, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs), or hearing problems (ringing in the ears, dizziness, or hearing loss).
