You may take Cosklot Plus 250mg/250mg Tablet at any time during the day, with or without food; however, it is recommended to take it at the same time daily. Continue using it for the duration prescribed by your physician. Administer this medication in the dosage and duration recommended by your doctor, and if you forget a dose, take it as soon as you recall. Ensure you complete the entire course of treatment even if you start feeling better. This medication should not be discontinued abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common side effects associated with Cosklot Plus 250mg/250mg Tablet include nausea, abdominal pain, headaches, nasal congestion, sinus discomfort, sinus inflammation, rashes, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain (affecting bones, muscles, or joints).
