Dropharm 10 Tablet is prescribed for treating female infertility and premenstrual syndrome, both associated with a deficiency in progesterone. Infertility refers to the inability to conceive after 12 months of trying. Premenstrual syndrome includes symptoms such as mood swings, breast tenderness, food cravings, fatigue, irritability, and depression, typically occurring in the days leading up to menstruation. Additionally, it is utilized for conditions like dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, infertility, and irregular menstrual cycles.

Dropharm 10 Tablet contains dydrogesterone, a hormone that regulates ovulation and menstruation in women. This medication induces changes in the endometrial lining of the uterus, inhibits the maturation and release of the follicle, and helps maintain pregnancy.

Not everyone taking Dropharm 10 Tablet will experience side effects. While on this medication, you may occasionally encounter breast tenderness, swelling in various body parts, headaches, migraines, mood swings, depression, acne, abdominal pain, back pain, and vaginal bleeding. Most side effects associated with Dropharm 10 Tablet do not necessitate medical intervention and typically resolve on their own over time. However, if side effects persist, consult your doctor.

Take Dropharm 10 Tablet as directed. Your physician will provide guidance on the appropriate dosage and frequency based on your medical condition. You may take Dropharm 10 Tablet with or without food, but it is recommended to take it with food to minimize stomach upset. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage of Dropharm 10 Tablet. Avoid chewing, crushing, or breaking the tablet. Refrain from discontinuing this medication without consulting your healthcare provider.

Notify your doctor if you have an allergy to Dropharm 10 Tablet. The use of Dropharm 10 Tablet may elevate the risk of blood clots.
