Feruno 1000mg Injection contains an active ingredient called Iron (III) Isomaltoside. It is specifically indicated for those individuals who are either intolerant to oral iron preparations or have not responded well to such oral treatments. Additionally, this beneficial medication effectively treats this condition in individuals with chronic kidney disease who are currently on dialysis and are unable to take oral iron supplementation. Due to limited available data on both its safety and efficacy, Feruno 1000mg Injection is not recommended for use in individuals under the age of 18, which includes both children and adolescents.

Feruno 1000mg Injection should not be consumed if you are allergic to Iron (III) Isomaltoside or any of the other ingredients present in the medication. It is crucial that you do not take this medicine if your anemia was not caused by iron deficiency (for example, in cases of “hemolytic” anemia), if you have iron overload or impaired iron utilization, if you have a history of severe allergic reactions to other injectable iron preparations, or if you have active liver disease.
