Levoflox 500 Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. Its applications include infections of the urinary tract, nose, throat, skin, and lungs (such as pneumonia). It works by stopping the further growth of the microorganisms responsible for the infection, thereby curing it.

Levoflox 500 Tablet should be taken in the dose and for the duration advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, ideally at a fixed time each day. It is important to avoid skipping any doses and to finish the full course of treatment, even if you start to feel better. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one; simply take the next scheduled dose as planned.

Common side effects of this medicine may include headache, dizziness, nausea, and constipation. These effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own, but if they bother you or persist for a longer duration, please consult your doctor. Diarrhea may also occur as a side effect, but it should cease once your course of treatment is complete. Inform your doctor if the diarrhea does not stop or if you observe blood in your stools.
