Medfast will provide a complete refund if the following specific conditions are met:

  1. If the received item(s) is beyond its expiration date.
  2. If your item(s) are either lost or considerably damaged during shipping before they arrive, please take note. In cases where the packaging shows clear signs of damage upon delivery, we suggest refusing to accept the package. Should you choose to accept a damaged package, please notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving it, along with photographic or video proof and share it to us on +91 9211503500 or mail us at support@medfast.net
  3. In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing flaw or damage that occurred during delivery and not due to your actions, you must notify us of these defects within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photographic or video documentation of the issue.

MEDFAST maintains the authority to decline returns if the specified conditions are not satisfied. You will be accountable for the shipping expenses associated with returns that are not defective.

The conditions for returns are as follows: 

  • Product do not correspond to your order: If the product you’ve received are not what you  ordered (such as incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or incorrect strength). You must inform us of this inconsistency within 2 days of receiving the items, and the product need to remain unopened and in their original state.
  • Product received are beyond the expiration date: In this circumstance we will try to arrange a replacement of that product. If not possible then we will initiate a refund.
  • Any products that were ordered incorrectly are not eligible for return. 
  • The batch number of the item being returned must match the one stated on the invoice. 
  • Returns requested due to a change in prescription are not eligible for return. 
  • Only products that are in their original manufacturer’s packaging, which includes original price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices, are eligible for return. 
  • Returns will only be accepted for fully unopened strips or products; partially used strips or products cannot be returned.

The method of refund will typically match the initial payment method unless a different arrangement is established. The timeframe for refunds processed by Medfast usually is as follows:

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Expect 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account starting from when Medfast initiates the process. Be aware that the processing time can vary based on your bank.

UPI OR WALLETS: Anticipate 24 to 48 hours for the funds to reflect in your UPI/WALLET account from the initiation date by Medfast.

To initiate a refund, you need to inform us via email at support@medfast.net or submit a request through call on +91 9211503500 within 2 days of delivery. Your request should contain your order details, a clear rationale for the refund, and any supporting documentation, such as photographs or videos, if applicable.

NOTE:- Kindly understand that we cannot guarantee a replacement for every item, as it will rely on the specific product’s availability. In these instances, we will provide a refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to concerns about hygiene, safety, or regulatory compliance. These consist of:

• Medicines (Cold Chain Products): Because specific storage conditions must be maintained to ensure effectiveness, these items are usually non-returnable unless they were delivered incorrectly or were expired when received.

• Medicines obtained through (PAP) Patient Assistance Program: Items sourced via (PAP) patient assistance programs are generally non-returnable.
