This medication is also not suitable for children and adolescents, nor for patients with hepatitis. Make sure to notify your healthcare provider if you have gastrointestinal issues, liver disorders, low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia), low white blood cell counts (neutropenia), tumor lysis syndrome (a metabolic complication that can arise during cancer treatment), nerve dysfunction (neuropathy), heart conditions, severe respiratory issues, pulmonary disorders, or posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome before commencing treatment with this drug. Regular monitoring of blood counts and liver enzymes is recommended throughout the treatment duration.

The administration of Bortlieva 2mg Injection during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not advised and will only be considered by the physician if absolutely necessary, as it may pose risks to the developing fetus. It is recommended to employ effective contraceptive measures during treatment and for three months following its completion.
