Make sure to inform your doctor if you exhibit any signs of nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) or if you have undergone radiotherapy to the head. This medication has the potential to affect your kidney, liver, and blood health. Therefore, your doctor may conduct regular blood tests to monitor your blood, kidney, and liver functions. It is advised that both men and women use effective contraception while undergoing treatment with this medication and continue its use for six months after the final dose.
