ENDOBLOC T KIT TABLET

The Endobloc T Kit tablet combines two active ingredients, Ambrisentan and Tadalafil, which are utilized in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil is classified as a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor, while Ambrisentan is categorized as an endothelin receptor antagonist. Its mechanism involves promoting relaxation of the blood vessels in the lungs.

Do not take this medication if you are allergic to Ambrisentan, Tadalafil, or any of the components in this formulation. It is also advisable to avoid this medicine if you have liver issues or low blood pressure. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, as well as those using organic nitrates or GC stimulators, or with a history of vision loss in one eye or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), should refrain from using this medication.

Prior to starting the Endobloc T Kit tablet, it is essential to inform your healthcare provider if you have hypotension, a history of heart failure, or severe liver disease. Additionally, notify your doctor if you have recently experienced a stroke or myocardial infarction. It is important to inform your doctor about any lung conditions, anemia, or edema (fluid retention) you may have or have had. Before commencing treatment, discuss any concerns such as penile deformities, swelling in the limbs, prolonged or painful erections (priapism), cancer (including leukemia or multiple myeloma), severe kidney issues, abnormalities in red blood cells, or hearing loss. This medication is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age. Your doctor will perform blood tests to evaluate for anemia and assess liver function.
