Do not use Pazoci 200mg tablet if you have an allergy to pazopanib or any other components of this medication. Prior to starting treatment, it is important to inform your healthcare provider if you have any issues with your kidneys, heart, lungs, or liver, as well as any bleeding disorders, gastrointestinal problems, or thyroid conditions. This tablet may elevate your blood pressure, so regular monitoring of your blood pressure during treatment is essential. Patients with kidney disease do not require any dose modifications.
