It is utilized for conditions such as moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in patients who have not responded adequately to other rheumatoid treatments, giant cell arteritis (a disease affecting the arteries), and in children with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) or polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA), which can cause pain and swelling in one or more joints in children aged 1 to 2 years and older.
