Zyglob 5gm Injection is used to strengthen the body’s natural immune system, thereby lowering the risk of infection in individuals with compromised immunity. It is derived from healthy human blood and contains a high concentration of specific defensive substances called antibodies, which are crucial for fighting infections.
Zyglob 5gm Injection has demonstrated effectiveness in preventing infections in bone marrow transplant patients over 20 years of age during the initial 100 days post-transplant. It is also utilized in treating patients whose antibody-forming capacity is severely impaired, placing them at a higher risk of infections. Essentially, Zyglob 5gm Injection provides antibodies that your body is unable to produce sufficiently on its own, thus enhancing your ability to combat infections. This therapy is suitable for both children and adults. It is administered as an injection, and your doctor will monitor you for a period after its administration to check for any side effects.
Zyglob 5gm Injection may occasionally cause side effects such as injection site reactions (swelling, redness, pain, induration, itching, bruising, and rash) and flushing (a sensation of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). If you experience any of these or other side effects, or simply feel unwell, you should inform your doctor. There might be methods to prevent or reduce these effects.
Before receiving this medicine, you should inform your doctor if you have any blood clotting problems or if you have recently had, or plan to have, a vaccination. It is currently unknown whether this medicine is completely safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so it is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice
