Tacroren 0.25mg Capsule contains Tacrolimus as its active ingredient. This immunosuppressant is classified as a calcineurin inhibitor. It is prescribed alongside other medications to prevent organ rejection in individuals undergoing liver, kidney, heart, or other transplants. Additionally, it helps manage the body’s immune response, allowing for the acceptance of the transplanted organ.
Do not use Tacroren 0.25mg Capsule if you have an allergy to tacrolimus or any of its other components. Inform your physician if you have a known allergy to any antibiotic class. It is important to notify your doctor if you have a history of liver or heart disease before starting this treatment. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience fever, unexplained bruising (which may manifest as red spots), unusual fatigue, confusion, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), decreased urine output, vision impairment, or seizures after taking this medication.
While taking Tacroren 0.25mg Capsule, limit your exposure to sunlight and UV rays by wearing suitable protective clothing and using a sunscreen with a high SPF. This precaution is necessary due to the increased risk of malignant skin changes associated with immunosuppressive therapy. This medication may lead to diarrhea; please inform your physician if diarrhea persists for more than a day. If you require any vaccinations, consult your doctor beforehand.
