Nykron Tablet

The Nykron Tablet Combi Pack includes the active ingredients netupitant and palonosetron. This antiemetic medication falls under the category of 5-HT3 receptor antagonists. It is utilized to prevent and manage nausea, vomiting, or sickness that may arise from cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or post-surgery. Nausea is typically marked by abdominal discomfort and the sensation of needing to vomit.

Common side effects associated with this medication may include hives, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and chest pain. If you experience any of these side effects and they cause you concern or last longer than expected, please inform your healthcare provider. The medication can be administered immediately or at a later time alongside anticancer treatments. It is generally administered within 24 hours during recovery from anesthesia following surgery.

Consult your physician if you have a history of chronic constipation, bowel obstruction, heart issues, or an imbalance of specific minerals in your blood, such as magnesium and potassium. This medication should not be taken if you have an allergy to it. Before starting the Nykron tablet, inform your physician about all medications you have recently taken, including herbal remedies and supplements.
